DOES EACH UNIT HAVE LIGHTING? ARE THE DOORS ELECTRIC?
An outlet in each unit is provided for renters use while they are at the unit. Each unit is also outfitted with an overhead light fixture to provide light when you need it.
Doors on units are fully manual not electric.
WHAT IS THE COST, AND WHEN IS RENT DUE?
The cost of each unit is $75.00 monthly. $425.00 every 6 months. Or $825.00 yearly, giving you one month free.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, any payments received after the 10th will be considered late, unless otherwise specified on your rental agreement.
$35.00 imposed on all returned checks.
Tenant may cancel this agreement effective the last day of rental period with ten day prior written notice to Landlord of Tenant's intention to vacate.
CAN I STORE MY VEHICLE IN YOUR FACILITY? WHAT SHOULD EACH UNIT NOT BE USED FOR?
Yes you can. Our facility was built with full intention of offering storage for boats. Each unit is large enough to hold any boat, or other vehicle that is less than 10ft wide and 32ft long. If it fits, boat , car, camper etc. You can store it.
Units are not be used for unlawful purposes or storage of dangerous materials that poses a threat to persons or property. Tenant agrees not to use rented space for residential purposes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE PAYING MY BILL?
Tenant agrees to a $10.00 late fee if payment is not paid by 10th of the month when rent is due
$35.00 imposed on all returned checks.
If Tenant fails to make any rent payment by due date, or fails to vacate the leased space promptly upon expiration of this Rental Agreement then Landlord, in addition to any and all other rights it may have is hereby granted by Tenant the right to exclusive possession and control of all property in leased space until all rental payments has been paid in full up to and including the date of payment together with $10.00 delinquent charge for each such default.
WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY UNIT?
Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a written statement containing names and addresses of any person having access or lien on property in leased property.
Landlord shall not, unless Tenant defaults on rental payment or contents believed to be illegal, exercise any control over the property store therein and such control is sole responsibility of Tenant.
